Job summary

5.11, Inc. is seeking a Sales Supervisor (Shift Lead) to join our Jacksonville, NC store. You will partner with the Store Manager to exceed customer expectations, lead a high-energy team, and uphold 5.11 standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will role-model exceptional service, support merchandising and stock, and drive a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement while maintaining operational excellence. This position offers growth and visible impact in a performance-driven brand.

The Sales Supervisor, (known in our stores as a Shift Lead), works with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to exceed customer expectations, build a high-energy store environment, and uphold the standards that define a 5.11 store. You’ll lead by example, tackle challenges head-on, and support your team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Pay Range:$15.00-$17.50 per hour
