• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and personalized styling recommendations to meet client needs.
• Drive individual sales performance and support the team in meeting monthly and annual sales plans and KPIs.
• Leverage CRM and digital tools to capture customer data and enhance clienteling.
• Coach and mentor Brand Ambassadors and contribute to team training.
• Maintain store visual standards and participate in store events.
• Support talent sourcing and provide feedback to management.
