Five Below is seeking part-time Sales Associates to deliver outstanding customer service, keep merchandise organized, and ensure fast checkout experiences. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and support promotions while helping our team meet store goals.

Ideal candidates are friendly, reliable, able to handle busy periods, and comfortable using cash registers and mobile devices. Flexible scheduling is required to cover day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology, including cash registers and mobile devices.
• Good communicator with customers.
• Able to learn procedures on the job.
• Ability to handle stock and merchandise as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly, offering help and answering questions.
• Understand customer needs and recommend merchandise with upsell when appropriate.
• Promote store events and promotions to drive sales.
• Resolve concerns and convert returns into exchanges when possible.
• Communicate stock and service needs to management in a timely manner.
• Support teammates to meet store and company goals.
