Job summary

Sun Tan City in Anderson, IN is seeking a passionate part-time team member to deliver friendly client service and share tanning and wellness recommendations. You’ll support daily salon operations, engage with clients, and contribute to a positive high-energy environment.

Earn $13.00–$16.50 per hour with performance bonuses and growth opportunities. The role offers flexible hours, casual dress, and perks such as free tanning and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail/salon environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring client needs are met and treated professionally.
• Engage with clients, build relationships, and understand their needs as a client.
• Make product/service recommendations to clients.
• Maintain minimum sales requirements.
• Multi-task by cleaning beds and engaging new clients as they arrive.
• Help maintain salon cleanliness including rooms, lobby, restrooms, and storage areas.
• Work cohesively with a team while following company policies.
