Job summary

Qualifications
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to use basic computer systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building.
- Willingness to learn product offerings and upsell where appropriate.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and meet client needs.
- Engage with clients to understand and recommend tanning products and services.
- Maintain minimum sales requirements and assist with sales tasks.
- Multi-task by cleaning tanning beds and assisting new clients.
- Help keep salon clean and organized, including common areas.
- Work cohesively with the team in a fast-paced environment while following company policies.
