Job summary

Qualifications

• Piercings capability and empathy for young or anxious customers.
• Proficient in operating a POS system for transactions and sales efficiency.
• At least one year of retail management experience.
• Able to stand during shifts and lift 25–75 lbs (11–35 kg).
• Able to bend, stoop, reach, climb ladders or step stools while placing merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Own the Sales Game: drive revenue through exceptional customer experiences and upselling promos.
• Maintain store displays and inventory to ensure an Insta-worthy layout.
• Lead and motivate the team and share sales tips for a high-energy store.
• Represent the Claire's brand and stay updated on fashion and social media trends.
