Job summary

Claire's is seeking a Part-Time Manager to join our fast-paced retail team. In this role, you will drive sales, lead and motivate staff, and maintain engaging store visuals.

You’ll participate in piercing services training and ensure excellent customer experiences while promoting Claire's products. You will coordinate inventory, cash handling, and promotional activities, and work closely with the Store Manager to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• One year of retail management experience or supervisory role is preferred.
• Ability to conduct piercings and maintain safety and customer care standards.
• Strong math skills for cash handling and sales analysis.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting promos.
• Train and guide team to maintain high energy, merchandising, and store standards.
• Oversee store operations including inventory, cash handling, and visual merchandising.
• Support Store Manager with coaching, schedules, and achieving sales targets.
• Represent the Claire's brand and stay current with fashion trends to assist customers.
