What does the part-time position involve?

Basic responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. The position offers a competitive starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn't dependent on sales results, though performance-based incentives are possible. No previous experience is needed, as we provide all necessary training.

Compensation

Reps are paid a $20.00 base per appointment (not based on sales or results), with additional earning opportunities through performance-based commissions. There is a fallback income option, ensuring earnings even during off weeks.

Training and Career Growth

We have over 40 years of experience training successful salespeople. The skills gained—sales, networking, communication—are valuable in any field. Long-term reps can pursue management or professional sales careers.

Flexible Scheduling
