Responsibilities

Basic duties include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in homes. The position offers a competitive starting pay (paid weekly) that isn't based on sales results, with potential incentives based on performance. No prior experience is necessary; training is provided.

Compensation

Reps are paid a base of $20.00 per appointment (not sales-based) or can earn through a performance-based commission structure. There is an opportunity to increase earnings, but a fallback income is guaranteed even during slow weeks.

Training and Career Development

With over 40 years of training success, we help develop sales, networking, and communication skills valuable in any field. Long-term reps can pursue management or professional sales careers.

Work Schedule and Environment

We support flexible scheduling to fit individual needs. Some work full-time, some part-time, and others earn extra income around other commitments. Most meetings and training occur in our office, but sales work is conducted from home and locally after training.
