What does the part-time position involve?

Basic responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. The position offers a competitive starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn't dependent on sales or results, with potential incentives based on performance. No prior experience is necessary as we provide all required training.

Compensation

Reps are paid a $25.00 base per appointment (not based on sales), with a performance-based commission structure available. There is an opportunity to earn more, but a guaranteed minimum income is provided even during off weeks.

Training and Career Growth

We have over 40 years of experience training successful salespeople. Skills gained—sales, networking, communication—are valuable in any field. Long-term reps can pursue management or professional sales careers within our organization.

Flexible Scheduling

We assist our reps in creating schedules that suit their needs. Some work full-time, others part-time or around other commitments such as classes or family. Ask about our summer work program.

Work Environment

Reps work from home and locally after training, with most meetings and training held in the office.
