What does the part-time position involve?

Basic responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. The position offers a great starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn't dependent on sales or results, though performance-based incentives are possible. No prior experience is needed as we provide all necessary training.

Compensation

Reps are paid a base of $20.00 per appointment (not based on sales or results), with a performance-based commission structure available. There is potential to earn more, but a fallback income is provided even during off weeks.

Our experience

We have been training successful salespeople for over 40 years. Even if someone doesn't stay long-term, they gain valuable sales, networking, and communication skills applicable in any field. Long-term reps can advance into management and professional sales roles.

Flexible scheduling

We assist our reps in creating schedules that suit their needs. Some work full-time, others part-time or around other commitments like classes or family. Talk to the manager about our summer work program.

Work environment

Sales reps work from home and locally after training. Most meetings and training sessions are held in the office.
