What does the position involve?

Responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. The position offers a competitive starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn't dependent on sales or results, with potential incentives based on performance. No prior experience is required; we provide all necessary training.

Compensation

Reps are paid a base of $25.00 per appointment (not based on sales) or a performance-based commission structure. There is potential to earn more, but a fallback income is guaranteed even during slow weeks.

Training and Career Growth

We have over 40 years of experience training individuals for success. Skills gained—sales, networking, communication—are valuable in any field. Long-term reps can advance into management or professional sales roles.

Work Schedule and Requirements

We help our reps create flexible schedules that suit their needs, whether working full-time, part-time, or around other commitments. Most meetings and training occur at the office, with work from home and local opportunities after training.
