What does the position involve?

Responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. The position offers a competitive base pay (paid weekly) that isn't dependent on sales, with potential incentives based on performance. No prior experience is needed, as training is provided.

Compensation

Reps are paid a base of $27.50 per appointment (not based on sales) or can earn commissions based on performance. There is potential to earn more, and a guaranteed income fallback is available even during off weeks.

Training and Career Growth

With over 40 years of experience training individuals, we help develop sales, networking, and communication skills valuable in any field. Long-term reps can pursue management or sales careers within the company.

Work Schedule and Environment

We assist in creating flexible schedules. Some work full-time, others part-time or around other commitments like classes or family. Most meetings and training are held in the office, with work from home opportunities after training.
