Responsibilities

Responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. The position offers a competitive base pay (paid weekly) not dependent on sales, with potential incentives based on performance. No prior experience is necessary; training is provided.

Compensation

Reps are paid a base of $25.00 per appointment (not based on sales), with a performance-based commission structure available. There is an opportunity to earn more, but a fallback income is guaranteed even during off weeks.

Training and Career Development

We have over 40 years of experience training individuals for success. Skills gained—sales, networking, communication—are valuable in any field. Long-term reps can advance into management and professional sales roles.

Work Schedule and Environment

Reps help create flexible schedules that suit their needs—full-time, part-time, or around other commitments. Most work from home after training, with some local meetings and training at our office.
