Responsibilities

• Work with customers to explain and sell American-made Cutco products, including kitchen and gardening tools.
• Place customer orders and provide product information.

Compensation

Reps are paid a base of $28.00 per appointment (not based on sales or results), with potential for performance-based incentives. There is an opportunity to earn more, but a fallback income is guaranteed even during off weeks.

Training and Skills Development

We have over 40 years of experience training individuals in sales, networking, and communication skills that are valuable across many fields. All necessary training is provided, and previous experience is not required.

Career Growth and Scheduling

Long-term reps can advance into management or professional sales roles. We help create flexible schedules to accommodate various commitments, including part-time work, summer programs, or additional income needs.

Work Environment

Reps work from home and locally after training. Most meetings and training sessions are held in our office.
