What does the position involve?

Basic responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. The position offers a competitive base pay (paid weekly) that isn't dependent on sales results, with potential incentives based on performance. No prior experience is needed, as we provide all necessary training.

Compensation

Reps are paid a $22.00 base per appointment (not based on sales) or a performance-based commission structure. There is potential to earn more, but a fallback income is guaranteed even during off weeks.

Training and Career Development

We have over 40 years of experience training successful salespeople. Skills gained—sales, networking, communication—are valuable in any field. Long-term reps can pursue management or professional sales careers.

Work Schedule and Environment

We help create flexible schedules that suit individual needs. Some work full-time, others part-time or around other commitments. After training, reps work from home or locally. Most meetings and training are held at our office.
