Part Time Sales Merchandiser (Finance)
Coke Florida is looking for a Part-Time Sales Merchandiser based out of our Palm Beach, FL location with a focus on the Port St. Lucie market. We're currently looking for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts but can be flexible.
What You Will Do:
As a Coke Florida Merchandiser, you will be responsible for replenishing and merchandising products at all designated accounts. You will be the primary Coke Florida associate in customer accounts, continuously stocking Coke Florida products to meet consumer needs. Maintaining customer relationships across all sales channels is essential.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements in compliance with company standards.
- Maintain appropriate product inventory levels in beverage sections and throughout accounts, including shelf allocation and cold equipment.
- Manage back stock inventory levels and trade breakage in assigned accounts.
- Meet customer service expectations through daily communication, problem resolution, and follow-up.
- Maintain professional relationships with co-workers, customers, and shoppers.
- Ensure inventory levels, company assets, and point of sale materials meet merchandising standards. Properly face and spin products per standards.
- Conduct store surveys.
- Communicate account activities, including equipment service needs, to relevant parties.
- Maintain merchandising standards while rotating products in designated accounts.
- Organize backroom inventory systematically.
- Keep equipment, sales floor, and shelves clean.
- Transport, replace, and maintain point of sale advertising as needed.
- Maintain punctual attendance.
- Work overtime as required.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and laws.
- Identify and report unsafe working conditions.
- Adhere to dress code and grooming standards.
- Work shifts and schedules as assigned.
For this role, you will need:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Must be 18 or older.
- Eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Personal vehicle for work use, with valid driver's license and insurance.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Ability to operate manual/powered pallet jacks and lift products; certification as required.
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the last three years.
Additional qualifications that will help:
- Associate Degree or 1-2 years of college/university experience.
- 1+ year sales/merchandising experience.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Experience with mobile applications.
- Ability to work independently for extended periods.
This role is physically demanding and requires:
- Lifting, carrying, and positioning objects up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Pushing and pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds, including manual transport equipment, over distances.
- Repetitive grasping and manipulation of objects.
- Physical exertion over sustained periods.
- Reading small to large print.
- Standing for 8-10 hours and walking for at least 4 hours during shifts.
- Working in hot/humid environments.
