• Proficient with Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Become a product and brand expert to help families from preemie to size 14.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product features.
• Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Lead and coach others to succeed in omni-channel experiences.
• Perform Leader on Duty duties, driving results and timely resolutions.
• Build customer loyalty through company programs and credit.
• Support store team with asset protection and safety on the floor.
