Carter's is seeking a Part Time Sales Manager to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You'll welcome customers, celebrate new parents, and help prep for the first day of school with our baby essentials and school items.

As a leader, you will foster an inclusive environment, coach the team on product styles and benefits, and consistently model exceptional service standards across in-store and omni-channel experiences.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Proficient computer and technology skills (Outlook, Excel, web navigation).

Responsibilities

• Become a product and brand expert to help families navigate moments from preemie to size 14.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and explain product features.
• Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Lead and execute a planned business focus area with follow-through.
• Provide leadership as Leader on Duty, handling customer concerns.
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment for staff and customers.
