You’ll coach a team, model exceptional service, and drive key sales initiatives. The role emphasizes a positive, solutions-oriented mindset, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and web navigation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service mindset and professional communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with a positive attitude.
• Proficient computer and technology skills (Outlook, Excel, Web navigation).

Responsibilities

• Become a product and brand expert to assist families from preemie to size 14.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and explain product features and benefits.
• Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers.
• Lead and coach others to deliver an omni-channel experience and meet goals.
