Carter's, Inc. in West Virginia is seeking a Part Time Sales Manager to be the first face of the brand for growing families.

You will welcome customers, coach the team, and help families choose our baby essentials and kids’ apparel across Carter’s, OshKosh B’gosh, Skip Hop brands. This role emphasizes a welcoming, inclusive environment, coaching staff on product styles, features and benefits, and driving store results through planning and on‑the‑floor leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Become a product and brand expert of our brands to help families navigate every moment from preemie to size 14.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with our product styles, features, and benefits.
• Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor and coach others to success.
• Lead and execute an assigned business focus area through planning and detailed follow through.
• Perform Leader on Duty supervisor responsibilities by driving results and timely resolutions.
• Build customer loyalty through Company sponsored programs, including credit.
• Provide feedback to store management and raise performance concerns when needed.
