Carter’s Retail Inc. is seeking a Part Time Sales Manager in Jeffersonville, IN. You will be the first face of the brand for growing families, guiding customers through product knowledge and services to ensure a warm, inclusive shopping experience.

You’ll lead with a positive, solutions-focused mindset, coach associates, and drive omni-channel service while maintaining brand standards and store performance daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient computer skills including Outlook and basic Excel.
• Strong customer-service and communication abilities.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Become a product and brand expert for Carter’s baby collections.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product selection.
• Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Lead and execute assigned business focus areas through planning and follow-through.
• Assist with Leader on Duty responsibilities and drive store results.
• Coach team members to achieve service standards and performance.
• Utilize customer feedback to identify opportunities to improve results.
• Support asset protection and safety practices in the store.
