Job summary

Carter's, Inc. is seeking a Part Time Sales Manager to be the first face of our brand for growing families. You will welcome customers, educate them on our baby and children’s lines, and coach a team to deliver outstanding service on the sales floor.

As a part-time leader, you will drive sales through brand expertise, foster an inclusive environment, and maintain safety and accountability. Flexibility to work various shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with customer service and sales is a plus.
• Good computer and technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Become a product and brand expert to help families navigate moments from preemie to size 14.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers.
• Lead and execute an assigned business focus area with planning and follow-through.
• Perform Leader on Duty supervisor responsibilities and drive timely resolutions to customer concerns.
• Utilize customer feedback to identify opportunities and implement actions to improve results.
• Build customer loyalty through company programs, including credit.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback to store team and raise performance concerns to the Store Manager.
• Support store team with Asset Protection through safety and operational controls.
