Responsibilities

• Own the sales game by delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting promos
• Conduct piercings and educate on aftercare in a sterile environment
• Maintain organized, Instagram-worthy store displays and easy-to-shop layouts
• Support Store Manager with team motivation and sales tips
• Represent the brand by staying current on fashion trends and advising on products
• Oversee store operations including inventory, cash handling, and merchandising
