• Keep It Fresh: Maintain an Insta-worthy store with displays, organized inventory, and easy-to-shop layouts.
• Team Collaboration: Motivate the team, share sales tips, and create a positive, high-energy vibe.
• Brand Representation: Showcase Claire's products; stay updated on fashion and trends to help customers find their style.
• Store Operations: Oversee inventory, cash handling, visual merchandising, and promotions to reflect Claire's joy.
