Qualifications

• Must be able to conduct piercings and supervise aftercare with care.
• Proficient with a POS system to process transactions efficiently.
• At least one year of retail management experience or leadership responsibility.
• Comfortable standing for shifts and lifting 11–35 kg as needed.
• Strong math for inventory, sales analysis and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Crush sales goals by delivering next-level customer experiences and upselling promos.
• Join piercing training and act as a trusted guide for customers throughout the process.
• Maintain attractive store displays and organized inventory for easy shopping.
• Support the Store Manager by motivating the team and sharing sales tips.
• Showcase Claire's products and stay current with fashion trends to boost sales.
• Oversee store operations, including cash handling, merchandising and promotions.
