Job summary

Cole Haan is seeking a part-time Store Lead to support in-store activities and help achieve sales targets. You will contribute to a healthy team culture, assist in merchandising, and ensure the store operates smoothly across opening and closing tasks.

The role requires strong customer service, English communication, and the ability to guide a team in a high-paced environment. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age and able to work a flexible retail schedule.
• Experience in retail preferred; related field experience is a plus.
• Knowledge in driving sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Support in delivering sales goals and maintaining profitable store operations.
• Lead and develop a quality store team and assist in training.
• Coordinate and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, including receiving shipments and maintaining store cleanliness.
