Base pay range

$15.65/hr - $19.56/hr

As a Famous Footwear Sales Lead, you are passionate about providing the best shoe store experience for every customer. • Retail management or relevant experience.
• Experience motivating teams and managing tasks.
• Ability to mentor and train associates.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, extended hours.
• Basic computer skills.

Physical Requirements & Environment

• Lift up to 40 lbs. regularly with proper techniques.
• Frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, lifting.
• Mobility on the sales floor for extended periods.
• Team player with enthusiasm and positive attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively.
