Job summary

Kontoor Brands is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate II (Sales Lead) to support daily store operations, engage customers, and uphold merchandising standards. As a member of the store leadership team, you will assist in achieving sales goals and act as manager on duty when needed.

The role emphasizes customer service and brand experience for Wrangler and Lee. The successful candidate will have retail experience, strong communication, and flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Strong customer focus and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Support store sales goals and leadership responsibilities as MOD when needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service and engage customers on the floor.
• Help maintain store operations, merchandising standards, and safety.
• Assist with visual merchandising and inventory presentation.
• Share feedback with store management and promote a positive store culture.
