Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Retail or customer-facing experience preferred but not required.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and work a flexible schedule.
• Minimum availability of 30 hours per week including one weekend day and rotating holidays.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store according to schedules.
• Support sales performance and customer experiences.
• Assist customers in the fitting room.
• Recommend products aligned with customer needs and preferences.
• Promote the rewards program and drive loyalty sign-ups.
• Learn about new products and trends to engage customers.
• Achieve personal sales targets and contribute to store performance.
• Provide information on product performance, features, and specs.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the sales floor organized and stocked.
• Assist with daily store operations including opening/closing, freight processing, and POS transactions.
