Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience in women’s specialty retail or related environment.
• Passion for customer service and building meaningful relationships.
• Strong ability to support, inspire, and motivate a team.
• Proven track record of contributing to sales and customer engagement.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Act as a role model by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting community engagement.
• Assist in training and developing team members, providing coaching for success.
• Help drive store performance by identifying customer needs and contributing to sales targets.
• Maintain deep knowledge of products to help customers make confident purchases.
• Assist with store operations: opening/closing, visual merchandising, inventory management, policies.
• Take ownership of responsibilities and address challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Adjust messaging across different audiences and communicate effectively.
• Perform additional duties to help the store succeed.
