Job summary

Perry Ellis in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a Lead Sales Associate (part-time) to sell and promote Perry Ellis merchandise, uphold customer service standards, and support store goals in sales, satisfaction, and visuals.

You will assist during shifts when supervisors are absent, keep shelves stocked, ensure the store looks appealing, participate in loss prevention, and help customers with product knowledge and promotions.

Qualifications

• Energetic and positive attitude.
• 1-2 years of retail experience.
• Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Must be able to move and/or lift to 25 pounds.
• High school degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to company standards and lead team.
• Generate maximum sales potential in accordance with Perry Ellis standards.
• Build repeat customer base through PE Loyalty Program data capture.
• Maintain knowledge of product, promotions, and events to communicate to customers effectively.
• Foster a positive store experience for customers and staff at all times.
• Maintain floor coverage and acknowledge every customer; prioritize tasks.
• Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication.
• Manage time and prioritizes tasks.
