Qualifications

• Age 16+ (18+ in CA) or equivalent legal working age.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs / 12 kg.
• Fluency in local language; English a plus.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication skills and customer focus.
• Ability to perform essential store tasks and operate POS.
• Comfortable with technology (computers/hand-held devices).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service from greeting to checkout.
• Suggest apparel and footwear to customers based on needs.
• Share product knowledge and features with customers.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store; front and back of house tasks.
• Process omni-channel requests through the digital experience.
• Work well in a team and in a fast-paced environment.
• Promote loyalty programs and participate in store initiatives.
• Attend to scheduled hours per attendance policy; assist as needed.
