• Greet and engage customers with Best in Class service.
• Keep endcaps, side merchandise, and sale items in stock.
• Maintain clean sales floor and shelves; fronting and facing.
• Assist with in-store price changes and promotions.
• Perform nightly recovery and merchandising resets as directed.
• Assist customers at the register and support cash handling.
• Support freight flow, displays, and housekeeping of the sales floor.
• Promote Fleet Farm loyalty programs and rewards.
