This position involves bringing processed clothing to the Sales Floor and interacting with Customers to provide assistance. Excellent customer service skills are essential! Part-time positions are available. Please share your availability.

Our Retail Centers are open from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Sundays.

Pay: $15.65/hour. Eligible for Daily Pay, allowing you to work today and get paid today through our partnership with DailyPay. Part-time employees are eligible for paid holidays, sick leave, jury duty, and bereavement leave. All employees can contribute pre-tax or Roth post-tax to our retirement plan, with a minimum age of 18. Goodwill of Colorado is a Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF) eligible employer.

Job Summary

The Associate I, Retail Sales Floor, ensures the sales floor is well-stocked and organized. The role involves customer interaction and maintaining cleanliness of the sales floor, restrooms, and dressing rooms.

Essential Functions

1. Meet or exceed productivity standards and KPIs.
2. Act as an ambassador of pricing standards, researching product value as needed.
3. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
4. Ensure proper merchandising and product categorization.
5. Communicate targeted needs for production to the manager on duty.
6. Provide excellent customer service, adhering to the 10-foot rule.
7. Rotate or remove old/unwanted products to refresh inventory.
8. Identify and pull E-Commerce products from the sales floor.
9. Follow all policies and safety procedures.
10. Cross-train in other departments as needed.
11. Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience

• One year of retail experience preferred.
• Visual merchandising experience preferred.
