Alchemy Consulting Group is a boutique software consulting firm building custom ERP systems for small businesses using the Claris FileMaker low-code platform.

We’re hiring a part-time (20 hrs/week) Sales Consultant to own the sales process—from prospecting and lead generation to closing new projects.

What You'll Do

  • Build a pipeline through outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, networking, referrals)
  • Conduct discovery calls with small business decision-makers
  • Present proposals and close new clients
  • Collaborate with the company president to shape strategy and messaging
  • Track activity and manage leads in HubSpot

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years in B2B consultative sales, ideally in tech/SaaS/services
  • Strong outbound lead generation skills
  • Confident communicator who thrives independently
  • Familiarity with small business needs and buying cycles
  • Bonus: Experience with FileMaker, ERP, or custom software
  • Part-time (20 hrs/week)
  • Remote (U.S.-based)
  • Hourly base pay + bonuses/commission
  • Tools: HubSpot, Google Workspace, FileMaker (we'll train if needed)
