Build-A-Bear Workshop is seeking a Bear Builder to engage guests in creating personalized furry friends and ensuring a memorable experience in our retail environments. You will interact with guests warmly, demonstrate enthusiasm for the brand, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere across indoor and outdoor mall locations.

Qualifications
