Job summary

Build-A-Bear Workshop is seeking Bear Builder associates who are fun, easy-going and team-oriented to engage with guests and create unique, memorable experiences.

You will provide exceptional guest service by helping guests design their personalized furry friends, actively engaging with guests, and upholding brand standards to ensure a cohesive, enjoyable visit. The role requires a friendly, attentive attitude and flexibility in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Associate’s degree in business, management, or related field preferred.
