Build-A-Bear Workshop is seeking a Bear Builder associate to deliver exceptional guest service as guests create their personalized furry friends. You will engage with guests with genuine enthusiasm and foster a warm, inclusive atmosphere for memorable experiences.

In this role you will uphold brand standards, support a cohesive guest journey, and contribute as a dependable team member in a retail environment that may include indoor/outdoor venues. Pay range provided in the description.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree in business/management or related field preferred.

Required Qualifications
