Build-A-Bear Workshop is hiring a Bear Builder associate to join our busy retail team. You will assist guests in creating personalized furry friends, ensure a memorable experience, and demonstrate genuine enthusiasm for our brand.

This role requires a high school diploma, a friendly attitude, flexibility, and dependable team spirit. You will work in indoor/outdoor mall locations, lift up to 25 pounds, and help maintain brand standards to deliver an Experience First culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Preferred: Associate's degree in business, management, or related field.
