Job summary

Build-A-Bear Workshop in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Bear Builder Associate to help guests create personalized furry friends and deliver an engaging Experience First experience. You will assist guests, maintain brand standards, and contribute to a warm store environment.

Responsibilities include exceptional service, a friendly attitude, and strong teamwork while meeting store goals. Physical duties include standing, moving, and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications
