Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by demonstrating your deep product knowledge, warmth, and commitment to promoting the brand at the highest standards.
• Proactively cultivate new client connections while maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing clients through consistent follow-up and engagement.
• Play an active role in driving store sales by achieving sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Assist management with community building efforts, corporate sales as well as event planning.
• Participate in maintaining a positive work environment
• Maintain a visually appealing and organized store by overseeing merchandising, cleanliness, and product presentation to enhance the customer experience and uphold brand standards.
• Support store operations by managing stock control, inventory processes, and overall efficiency to ensure smooth daily functions.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Receive and process deliveries, including preparing and organizing deliveries and shipments to clients
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs at a time
