Five Below is seeking part-time Sales Associates to be at the heart of our store operations. You will greet customers, answer questions, and drive sales while maintaining organized merchandise and a welcoming checkout experience.

Ideal candidates are 16+, flexible, tech-friendly, and capable of teamwork. This role supports store promotions and customer service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with technology including cash registers and mobile devices.
• Good communicator with customers.
• Ability to learn procedures via on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly.
• Understand and meet customer needs by sharing product knowledge and making recommendations.
• Engage in suggestive selling and stay informed on product availability.
• Promote store events and promotions to drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns and turn returns into exchanges when possible.
• Communicate needs to management about restocking and service requirements.
• Support team and company goals to maintain a positive work environment.
• Frequently operate cash register.
• Move merchandise up to 25 lbs and stock on shelves.
