Job summary

Five Below is seeking part-time Sales Associates to deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales, and maintain a well-stocked floor. You will handle checkout, assist customers, and promote-store events while supporting the team to achieve store goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (cash registers, handheld/mobile devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions professionally.
• Basic information-gathering skills to solve problems.
• Ability to learn procedures through on-the-job training.
