What You’ll Be Doing

1. Retail Operations: Manage daily store tasks such as pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment, and inventory to keep the store organized and efficient, ensuring styles are easily accessible.
2. Promote Our Culture: Embody the Famous culture by providing excellent customer service, engaging with customers, and making their shopping experience memorable.
3. Achieve Goals: Drive sales by reviewing store performance, taking accountability, and communicating effectively with the team to meet targets.
4. Act with Integrity: Follow company policies, seek feedback, and pursue professional growth.
5. Maintain a Positive Environment: Embrace diversity, support teammates, and foster an inclusive, respectful workplace.
6. Be a Shoe Expert: Use your shoe knowledge to assist customers in finding the perfect styles and fit, enhancing their shopping experience.

Essential Functions: Other duties may be assigned as needed, including overtime to meet business needs.

Preferred Qualifications & Education

• High School Diploma/GED
• Ability to build effective relationships and communicate positively with team members
• Independent judgment and discretion in partnership with Store Manager
• Knowledge of retail practices
• Ability to work effectively in a team and a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 40 lbs regularly with proper techniques
• Frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting
• Mobility on the sales floor for extended periods
