FRATTALLONE'S Hardware in Arden Hills is seeking a part-time CNRG Sales Associate to greet customers, assess needs, and recommend hardware and home improvement products. You will process sales, assist with loading purchases, and maintain attractive displays in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

The role emphasizes friendly service, product knowledge, and accurate transactions. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred, with a HS diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of hardware, building materials, or home improvement products is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using computers, point-of-sale systems, phones, and email.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work safely on ladders and around merchandise.
