Job summary

Central Network Retail Group, LLC is hiring a part-time CNRG Sales Associate at Frattallone's Arden Hills to greet customers, answer questions, and process sales with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Front-line customer service experience required or preferred.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
• Knowledge of lumber, building materials, or hardware merchandise is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use ladders as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and determine needs.
• Direct customers to appropriate products and provide guidance.
• Provide product knowledge and assistance with installation.
• Process sales, orders, and price lookups using POS system.
• Assist with stocking shelves and merchandising in store.
• Assist with loading of purchases and keep sales area tidy.
• Notify management of customer feedback and promotions.
