Sun Tan City in Le Mars, IA is seeking a friendly Sales Associate for a part-time role in a fast-paced tanning salon. You’ll deliver excellent customer service, make product recommendations, and help meet sales goals while keeping the space clean and welcoming.

Work includes evenings and weekends with holidays off, a flexible schedule, and opportunities for advancement. Training and development are provided to help you grow with the team and support our upbeat environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all clients’ needs are met and are treated professionally.
• Ability to properly engage with all clients by building good relationships and understanding and meeting their needs as a client.
• Ability to make recommendations for products and services.
• Ability to maintain the minimum sales requirements.
• Ability to multi-task such as cleaning beds as clients leave and engaging new clients upon their arrival.
• Assists with maintaining cleanliness of salon tanning rooms, lobby area, restrooms, laundry, and storage areas.
• Ability to work cohesively with a team in an upbeat and fast-paced salon environment while upholding all company policies and procedures.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends are a Must. We close at 5pm on Sat, and 6pm on Sun.
