Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly: Acknowledge customers and provide assistance while efficiently managing multiple guests.
• Understand and meet customer needs: Share product knowledge, answer questions, direct to merchandise, offer recommendations, and casually upsell.
• Promote store events and promotions: Inform customers about current events and promotions to boost sales and engagement.
• Resolve customer concerns: Address issues and offer alternatives to turn returns into exchanges when possible.
• Communicate needs to management: Report restocking, service requirements, and feedback in a timely manner.
• Support team and company goals: Collaborate to achieve store objectives and maintain a positive work environment.
