Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service and assist multiple customers during peak periods.

• Set goals to grow selling skills and track sales performance.
• Follow company policies and standards across manuals and memos.
• Support daily store operations including checks, shipments, and maintenance.
• Present merchandise to promote and upsell following product knowledge.
• Aim to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Identify merchandise needs, pricing concerns, and issues to store management.
• Attend staff meetings and training clinics.
• Protect assets and report potential fraud to management.
